Telestack mobile shiploaders offer significant operating costs savings compared to traditional methods of material handling (e.g. mobile harbour cranes, fixed installations etc.) as well as providing environmental and health & safety benefits.

 

Additional benefits include reduced planning permission required due to product mobility. Also the flexibility to move Telestack mobile shiploaders off site or multi cargo berths. Telestack Shiploaders can be rapidly deployed on site with handling rates of up to 3,000 TPH.


Radial Telescopic Shiploaders

The mobile radial telescopic ship loaders ensure unrivaled flexibility when loading a vessel. The radial and telescopic features allow the operator to easily trim the hatch or multiple hatches from one feeding position reducing hatch change times and production downtime.

All Wheel Travel Shiploader

The All-Wheel Travel functionality offers unrivalled mobility, flexibility and ease of use making this feature one of the most exciting developments in the bulk material handling industry in recent years.

Shiploading Direct From Trucks

The mobile truck unloader for ship loading allows the operator to directly unload trucks in the Port / Inland Terminal to eliminate the double handling of material. The fully mobile units can be used to load barges and coaster vessels directly from trucks to maximize production rates and minimize labour on site.

Direct Feed ShipLoader

The mobile direct feed ship loaders allows the operator to directly feed the equipment from wheel loaders in the Port / Inland Terminal to eliminate the double handling of material. The fully mobile units can be used to load barges and coaster vessels directly from trucks to maximize production rates and minimize labour on site.

Rail Mounted Shiploader

The rail mounted shiploaders allow the unit to move easily parallel down the quayside with the telescopic conveyor system trimming the hatch of the vessel accordingly.

Cambered boom shiploaders

Mobile Hopper Feeder

The mobile hopper feeder range allows the operator to directly discharge from wheel loaders/ grab cranes and excavators to eliminate the double handling of material on site. The fully mobile units allow a ‘controlled’ feed of material into other Telestack or auxiliary units.

Link Conveyors

Telestack’s mobile Link Conveyors offer a complete range of conveyor systems to reduce / eliminate the need to for truck/wheel loader haulage on site. The Link Conveyors can either be track mounted, fully self driven or wheel mounted/ towable wheel mounted

Mobile Reclaim Hopper

The mobile ‘reclaim’ hopper range allows the operator to directly reclaim via wheels loaders onto overland conveyors/stacker-reclaimer systems. The fully mobile units allow a controlled feed of material onto the conveyor system, allowing either a emergency ‘back up’ system for stacker/reclaimers or the ability to blend material on the intake conveyor system.
